Honestly I can't get enough of this background stamp. There are endless ways to use it.
This card is inspired by all the cut wreath I see on IG made with vintage ornamements.
I stamped the Christmas Ornaments Background Stamp with Memento Black ink which is copic friendly. I colored all the ornaments with Copic Markers. I then cut our the images with my Brother Scan -N-Cut. I cut a thing circle to glue and attach all the ornaments.
I attached a layer directly to the thin circle then I filled in the gaps with ornaments popped up with foam tape. I used the Bow and tie from Playful pups to create a ribbon for the wreath.
Before I attached the wreath. I stamped the sentiment from the Holiday Times Sentiments set with Versa Mark . I think heat embossed with white embossing powder. Finally I added a layer of foam tape to the back of the wreath and popped up on the Indigo CS from Spellbinders. The panel was then added to a 4.25 x 5.5in top folding note card.
