For this card I started with a background panel. I ink blended Kitch Flamingo, Festive Berries, and a little Candied Apple Distress oxide. Then I did a light spray of Yuletide, Winterberry and Peppermint Distress Mica Sprays. The shine is amazing in real life.
This made for the perfect back drop for these cute stockings. I stamped the stockings border stamp from Festive Borders multiple times. I cut them out using my Brother Scan N Cut (I stink at fussy cutting). Then colored them with copic markers. Sorry no color key this time. Totally forgot in the rush to get these projects completed for release. I popped the stockings up with foam stamp on the background panel. Then trimmed off the pieces hanging off and used them to fill in a few empty spaces. I used a white Sakura gelly roll pen to add some details to some of the stockings. The sentiment from is Holiday Times Sentiments. It is stamped with Versa Mark Ink on Black Distress Card Stock and heated embossed with white embossing powder. I then fussy cut the sentiment and popped it up. I added a few holly images from the Festive Border set.
The final touch on this was adding some peppermint clay embellishments. I added 2 scrap cardstock panels to the the back and and added it to a 4 1/4 by 5 /12 top fold Neenah 100lb White CS card base.
This non-traditional jingle bell card uses the Festive Borders stamp set again. I used a 3 3/4 in X 5 inch panel of 100lb Neenah White CS. I blended a very light amount of Powder ink from C9 around the edges to give a little depth. I then stamped the Jingle bell border stamp multiple times. I curved the stamp a bit in some places and where the stamp overlapped I masked a off a few of the bells. The bells were colored with Copic Markers in a rainbow of colors. The sentiment from Holiday Times Sentiments was stamped with Candied apple Distress Oxide. I backed the card panel with 2 pieces of scrap CS and and added to a 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 top folding card base. I then added glossy accents to all the bells and added a few holographic snow flakes from my stash.
This card was created using the Christmas Ornaments Backdrop Stamp colored with copic markers. I then used a gold paint pen and various copic markers adding dots to fill the white space. The ornament tops are colored int with a metallic glitter pen. The
"JOY" letters are from Big Block Alphabet set. Stamped with Memento Black ink and colored with copic markers. They were cut out using my Brother Scan N Cut and popped up. The "wishing you" is from the Kindness and Thanks set. This as stamped with Versa Mark ink and white heat embossed on Black Distress CS.
These last 2 cards also use the Ornament Backdrop Stamp. It's that good! I stamped this with Versa Mark ink and Heat Embossed with Gold Embossing Powder. I stamped this on MFT Blueberry and inked the edges with Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress Oxide. The Green was stamped on Simon Says Stamp Wintergreen CS. I splattered white pant over both panels. The sentiment on the blue version is from Holiday Times Sentiments and the dark green version uses a sentiment from Festive Borders stamp. Gold Gems are from Pink Fresh and the Red Baubles from Trinity Stamps.
